I use Fraps all the time to Record Gameplay Footage,Reviews,First impressions etc.
I am yet to find anything that works anyways near as well, with awesome Quality.
It can also Take Screen shots and show your FPS (Frames Per second) while playing ANY Game.
Any Gamer wanting to Record anything Gaming Related should have this Program.

I use Team viewer to Show people how to do stuff on their Computers via Remote access, it works much better then trying to explain it to them and much faster. you can also use it to Chat, Voice Chat, Video Chat and Stream your Computer Screen to a LIMITED(I think) amount of people Via a URL, which is cool for Dual Commentary on Gameplay Videos and such.

Seesmic is an Easier, Quicker way to use Twitter and FaceBook with multiple accounts or just one, you open it up on your Computer just like you would any other program and you can post an update, scroll through live feeds etc within second.

I use Garena to play Games on a Public LAN Server.
Or watch Live Games broadcast on Garena TV.
