No streaming Well not from me anyway

Didn’t mean to get you all excited. But yeah apparently I don’t have a fast enough Upload Rate to stream efficiently.
My ISP says my upload is 3mb and I need 1.5mb to stream efficiently, BUT my connection is Messed up or my ISP is lying out their ASS, because whenever I try to stream it will max out at 762kbs.

Once I figure this out I will start streaming I’ll still post the stream on my Videos page when I start.
Also anyone else if they happen to stream.
